At National Distribution, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and are satisfied with their purchases. This Shipping and Return Policy outlines our procedures for shipping and handling orders, as well as our return and refund process.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Processing time may be longer during busy periods (e.g., holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Method:
We offer standard shipping services for orders within Germany.
For an additional fee, expedited shipping options (e.g., DHL Express) are available at checkout.
We do not currently offer international shipping outside Germany.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping is offered on orders over €250 (excluding taxes and additional fees).
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary based on your location within Germany:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions and customs processing).
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@nationaldistribution.de with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item, please follow the abovementioned return process.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order is damaged during shipping, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately at info@nationaldistribution.de. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your package is lost, please allow five business days from the expected delivery date before contacting us for assistance.
